This page explains the current Coach Kev early-access waitlist. The coaching service is in development. Joining does not start a subscription or a free trial.

What we collect

When you join, we save your email address, phone number, signup time, consent, and the offer displayed. We also record which campaign brought you here when that information is in the page link.

Why we collect it

We use your details to manage early-access interest and contact you about Coach Kev’s launch. The site does not send email or text messages automatically. We do not sell your contact details or collect payment details on this page.

How page measurement works

We use a random identifier saved in your browser to count visits, button interactions, form starts, and successful signups. This helps us understand which messages are useful. We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics scripts. These counts describe browsers and sessions, not an exact count of people.

Who can see your information

Waitlist records are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are available through a restricted founder dashboard. Public visitors cannot read the list. No workout, wearable, or medical data is requested here.

Leaving the waitlist

After a new signup, the confirmation shows a private management link. Save that link: it lets you delete your waitlist entry and associated measurement records. Future launch messages will also include a way to opt out. If you join again with the same email, keep using your original management link.

Before coaching begins

Any future coaching service will explain its data use, supported integrations, billing, and cancellation terms before you choose to subscribe. Coach Kev is AI, and the sample conversations show the intended experience.
